Detoxing

In a world filled with toxins, chemicals, and pollution, it is important to aid your body by taking steps to detoxify it.  Toxicity builds up in one’s colon, cells, and fat tissue and causes diseases.  By taking steps to detox your body, it will thank you by running more efficiently including your thyroid, adrenal glands, increase hormone balance.

Easy Detox Steps:

  • Eliminate processed foods
  • Buy Organic produce
  • Use Detox teas
  • Drink about half your body weight (pounds) in ounces of purified water everyday
    • For every caffeinated beverage, juice, or soda consumed, drink an additional 12-16 ounces
    • Drink quality unsweetened green drinks daily (powders or fresh vegetable juices)
    • Include a variety of non-starchy, fibrous vegetables in your diet
    • Include supplements such as chlorella, cilantro extract, astaxnthin, citrus pectin, Modifilan
    • Take a high quality probiotic
    • Take a high quality fiber supplement
    • Do a colon cleanse or colon hydrotherapy
    • Buy or use an infrared sauna regularly
    • Take an Epsom salt bath
